We use 100% vegetable oil. For those with peanut allergies, stay away from Szechuan Style, which is garnished with peanuts. The only other nut we use is the cashew, which is in Cashew dishes and the Char Su Ding.
We can make any dish steamed for those we want to eat healthy and without sauce and carbs. Just ask! Also, feel free to ask for a Ginger sauce or hot oil on the side, which is common with steamed foods.
Also, we can take MSG out of virtually every dish, with the exception of appetizers which are pre-marinated in sauces that do contain some, usually very small amounts of MSG. If you have any questions, please ask!
